Meeting 1 (25th July in Teams)
In the first meeting, each of us showed and introduced our work in turn. Each member of the group has a different way of displaying works, and everyone’s understanding of the work is different, so we discussed and shared everyone’s thoughts on poetry again, and finally we decided to put forward an overall idea and make sure The direction of the entire project is what we will determine in the next meeting.
Meeting 2 （26th July Face to Face）
In the second meeting, we chose to discuss and exchange face-to-face, and in this meeting we determined the direction of the project. During the meeting, our team members came up with some ideas. Yang proposed to mix the works made by each of us and express them in the form of video. Yue showed us some examples, such as a series of poster projects, which Jiahui proposed to use 3D modeling and show our poster design. Finally, through everyone’s discussion, we decided to select the elements in our project to design a series of dynamic posters, and determine our overall color at the next meeting.

In this meeting, based on previous Jackie’s feedback, we determined the division of labor and showed everyone’s dynamic posters. Under the suggestion of the creative director, we adjusted everyone’s problems in time and determined to use red and blue as The main color of our project, in this meeting we completed the work of a series of dynamic posters.
Meeting 4 （02th August Face to Face)
Create an Instagram account, improve information and publish project content.
The improvement of Behance page layout is the upload of personal page content.
Meeting 5 (04th August Face to Face)
Perform the last project integration and complete the 3D scene rendering.
